If you're wondering where I've been lately, I've been here all along! I've just been so busy that I haven't had the time to drop a post. These past few weeks I've been to parties, bamboozle road show, eclipse, the beach at least three times, got a new camera for graduation XD(which also means I have lots of pictures to share), and of course shopping! New posts coming later today!

Serendipity Summer
TODAY IS THE OFFICIAL FIRST DAY OF SUMMER!
you have no idea how good that feels to say.
Anyways I've been thinking lately and decided to start a tumblr that I may only use for the summer. Don't worry, I'll still be posting here. My tumblr is just going to be a bunch of inspirational pictures everyday.

This is only day one, but I'm going to update it at least once a day but most likely more.
Thunder-Boys Like Girls
my favorite summer song!

As mentioned in the last post I have a dilemma that I think I can use your help with! So I just graduated middle school, made honors society, recieved many awards for my photography, and recieved a scholarship for Pointe from my dance school! Before this year I have really never won or been awarded anything in my life, which is kinda sad but exciting that this happened all in one year! So last week my parents surprised me and bought me this:
(Marc by Marc Jacobs Totally Turn Lock, Percy in Peacock $198)
which I absolutely loved!!! The color is gorgeous and the style is perfect for me. But when i tried it on, the strap was too long. There was a way to make it shorter but that made it into a shoulder bag. So I sadly returned it back to Nordstrom and took a look at these other bags. But when I got to bloomingdales the saleswoman showed me how to make it shorter and still wear it as a crossbody.

B.Makowsky, Alma Crossbody, $108
I really liked this one because the color made it very versatile for every season, the size is perfect to fit mostly everything I need, and the chain and studs are very current.
Marc by Marc Jacobs, Totally Turnlock-Derby Mini, Oak Brown, $178
I loved the color on this bag and its very plain makeing it easy to use for any outfit.
Marc by Marc Jacobs, Petal to the Metal, Black, $228
There's just something about this bag that I really love! But it's a little bit more than what I want to spend.
LongChamp, Le Pliage, Ocean and Graphite, $125
These are really simple but I've wanted a LongChamp for a while. I think they would be good to use in school for in the fall.
So I really don't know what to do. I really like all these bags but I can't decide! If I can't decide I could just save the money for something else. PLEASE leave comments/questions/suggestions!

"Tell me what you know about dreamin, dreamin"- Kid Cudi
Overall I think I had a pretty good memorial day weekend except for yesterday but I'll explain that in a post later on. Anyways on Saturday my grandma took me to see Don Quixote, a ballet at the American Ballet Theater. I thought we were going to a different theater that's not as nice so I didn't really dress up but I would've worn something nicer if I had known.
Top: Top Shop, $50
Jeans: Forever 21, $9.50
Gladiators: Lovely People, $60.00
Head Band: Forever21
Bag: Vintage Gucci
Before I discovered my love for fashion, dance was the one thing that I had always loved. It still is and I want to take classes as long as I can. But fashion is the way I want to go.
I didn't have time to take any outfit pictures for my cultural arts luncheon but here's a picture of me with my photography! Most of these pictures can be viewed in either the New York City or Photography tabs above. Art seems to be all around me lately. When people look at my photography they immediately assume that this is the path I'm taking in life. Of course I love photography but I know I belong in the fashion industry. Who knows, maybe I'll end up a fashion photographer.
I don't really love this song but I love the beginning sounds.

You don't know what you've got till' its gone.
It's been a long time, actually it's been way too long! I'm hoping to get back to regular posting in about two weeks! Anyways I have many pictures of new buys to share!

"Sitting in an english garden waiting for the sun."-The Beatles
All pictures were taken by me with my Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS3
For the last three pictures I used this really cool app called Poladroid. All you have to do is drag and drop your picture into the polaroid camera and a few seconds later it pops the picture back out, and just like a real one, it takes a few minutes to develop! You can download the app here: http://www.poladroid.net/
The top and skirt you may recognize from two posts ago where I showed some spring pastels. After my class at F.I.T. last saturday I went to American Apparel and picked up Lace Tee in Creme Sunshine($38.00) and the Full Woven Skirt in Midnight Green($38.00).
Thank god tomorrow is friday!
Thanks for reading!
